I am deeply passionate about transformation, growth and spirituality.
I offer trauma healing, massage therapies and workshops in consent.
I love to work with individuals who want to connect to their truth to create positive changes in their life.

Working together on a journey of self awareness and self acceptance.
All healing journeys have a beginning and sometimes we don’t even know just how far we have come.
There is a time for deep nourishment, for releasing, for growth and expansion.

I am Tuia Marama your Tohunga Hā (healer)
I am of Samoan, English and Maori descent.
Ko Tauwhare te maunga,
Ko Waipatukahu te awa,
Ko Kaipara te moana
Ko Māhuhu-ki-te-rangi te waka,
Ko Reweti te marae,
Ko Ngāti Whātua te iwi,
Ko Te Taoū te hapu,
No Kawerau ahau,
Kei Whakatū e noho ana ahau.
Tuia means to weave and bind and it also refers to the intangible bonds established between people when they work together. Marama represents the moon and also understanding.
I grew up in the North Island of Aotearoa, New Zealand in the country. Nature was my playground.
I love connecting with the elements, the ocean, rivers,
digging in the garden or walking in the forest.
My own journey of healing from childhood sexual abuse informs my work as a healer of trauma, helping people discover the gift that they are in this world.
I offer you a compassionate heart with understanding and non- judgement,
encouraging acceptance, awareness, emotional intelligence, expansiveness, love, safety and belonging.
We are not our trauma. We can heal and reclaim our power, our lives.

CONSENT & INTIMACY COACHING
This modality draws on training with an embodied tantra teacher in consensual contact and the teachings of the Wheel of Consent.
In this safe and confidential space there is an invitation to explore consent through simple yet powerful exercises.
Awaken your hands to have a direct experience of giving and receiving touch and learn how to know the difference.
It is an opportunity to practice setting limits or boundaries, creating agreements, being trustworthy, generous, creative
and in gratitude.
You have a voice and a choice!
Learn how to speak up and say no, stop, yes and how to give positive feedback.
This work is for any individual that wants to deepen their connection to self and others.
We will practise consent together by making offerings to each other.

HEALTHY BLUEPRINTS
A seven week course that creates awareness of potential imprints or wounding on our natural healthy blueprints.
Worthiness is our first natural blueprint.
The core wounding of this blueprint is 'neglect'.
It may be that you are in self-denial, neglecting yourself or not knowing what your needs are.
You may have a secret sense that you don't matter or
You may be deviant & self-reliant, going outside the bounds of safety to get your core needs met, even if they are met in an unhealthy way. You may have a fear of aloneness or you meet all you needs yourself, not trusting anyone else. You may have a fear of abandonement.
From birth to maturity we evolve through these blueprints of life.
The wounds we experience impact our nervous system.
This course assists you in releasing the trauma of those wounds and reprogrammes your blueprints through awareness, affirmations and physical movement.
